2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਲਹਿਰ ‘ਤੇ ਖਡੂਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਲਾਲਪੁਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਦਾ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਕੰਮ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਲਾਲਪੁਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਖਡੂਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟ ਨੂੰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਖਾਲੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਇੱਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੀ 2027 ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਖਡੂਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਹੁਣ ਉਪਚੋਣ ਵੱਲ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ? ਅਤੇ ਕੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਚੁੱਪਚਾਪ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਚੋਣ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਹੈ ?
