It stirred memories of an older political culture, when sharp disagreement lived alongside personal respect under leaders such as Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Sushma Swaraj, and Manmohan Singh, when dialogue was normal, not headline-worthy.

A) The moment hints that the older culture of mutual respect is not fully gone.

B) Civility feels rare today because confrontation has become the main political tool.

C) Such warmth is symbolic now, unlike the everyday dialogue of earlier decades.

D) When politeness itself becomes news, it exposes how far normal politics has slipped.
