ਸ਼ਿਵ ਰਾਮ ਕਲੇਰ ਜਗਰਾਓਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਨਾਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਉਹ 2012 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਟਿਕਟ ’ਤੇ ਜਗਰਾਓਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਲਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੰਮੀ ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ ਮਿਲੀ। ਪਰ ਇੱਕ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਬਦਲ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਪਕੜ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ ’ਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। 2027 ਨੇੜੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਵਾਲ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਰਾਮ ਕਲੇਰ ਦੀ 2012 ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਰਾਓਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਬਦਲਦਾ ਵੋਟਰ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਧੱਕ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ ?
