ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ 1,600 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਹੜ ਰਾਹਤ ਪੈਕੇਜ ਹੁਣ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਰੁਪਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਭਾਜਪਾ ’ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨ ’ਤੇ ਗੰਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲੱਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੱਭ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੜ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਲੋਕ ਹੀ ਪੀਸੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਅਸਲ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪੱਖ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁੱਥਮਗੁੱਥਾ ਹਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ?
