Three-and-a-half years later, Punjab’s AAP government is still searching for the money to give Rs. 1,100 per month to women, a promise that helped win 2022. Meanwhile, Haryana and Himachal have already started their schemes, and AAP has even promised Rs 3,000 per woman in Bihar. So the real question is: What exactly happened to the Punjab promise?
