Abohar has seen the Jakhar family hold power for decades, Balram Jakhar, then Sunil Jakhar, and today Sandeep Jakhar is the sitting MLA. All of them rose to power while in Congress. Now Sunil is in BJP and Sandeep too seems to be following the same route. So ahead of 2027, the question is: Should Sunil Jakhar return and contest from Abohar again to reclaim his influence?
