But the move also raises a cheeky political question: Is the BJP building a genuine mass movement in Punjab, or is it still searching for enough local faces to carry that movement forward ? After all, organising yatras may generate visibility, but winning Punjab requires much more than buses and photo opportunities. As the BJP talks about expansion, is the party strengthening its roots or simply extending its route map ?
