Recent RTI replies from multiple Union Ministries say that no permission was ever given to collect donations for Government schemes like Swachh Bharat, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, or Kisan Seva. Yet, during the 2021–22 “micro-donation” drive, people donating through the NaMo App and narendramodi.in were shown these schemes as options, and high-profile endorsements from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President J.P. Nadda encouraged citizens to contribute. Did PM Modi and JP Nadda unknowingly endorse a donation drive that collected money under Government scheme names without official approval, or is this a political controversy waiting to explode ahead of the next national election ?
हाल में कई केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों के RTI जवाबों ने साफ कहा है कि स्वच्छ भारत, बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ या किसान सेवा जैसी सरकारी योजनाओं के नाम पर चंदा लेने की किसी को भी अनुमति नहीं दी गई थी। फिर भी 2021–22 की “माइक्रो-डोनेशन” ड्राइव के दौरान NaMo ऐप और narendramodi.in पर दान करने वालों को यही सरकारी योजनाएँ दिखाई गईं और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी तथा भाजपा अध्यक्ष जे.पी. नड्डा के सार्वजनिक समर्थन ने लोगों को दान करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। क्या पी.एम. मोदी और जे.पी. नड्डा ने अनजाने में एक ऐसी डोनेशन ड्राइव का समर्थन कर दिया जिसमें सरकारी योजनाओं के नाम का बिना अनुमति इस्तेमाल हुआ या फिर यह मामला अगले राष्ट्रीय चुनाव से पहले बड़ा राजनीतिक विवाद बन सकता है ?
