From 76 out of 90 seats in 1987 to just 2 in 2024, INLD’s fall has been dramatic. Abhay Singh Chautala now dares to hold the ‘Samman Rally’ in Rohtak—Hooda’s fortress. The rally carries the weight of Devi Lal’s lost legacy and INLD’s survival. If it succeeds, will it spark a genuine revival for the party? Or will it only end up splitting the Jat vote, indirectly boosting BJP in 2029?
