ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ, ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ, ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਸੀ। ਪਰ 16 ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ, ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ, ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਉਲਟ ਪਰਵਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਲੋਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰਾਂ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜਹਾਜ਼ਾਂ, ਵੀ.ਆਈ.ਪੀ. ਮਹਿਮਾਨਨਿਵਾਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਖਰਚ ਦਾ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਇਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਪੈਸਾ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਖਰਚਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰ ਸਕੀ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਈ ਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਜਵਾਬਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵੱਧਦਾ ਪਾੜਾ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ?

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਮਾਵਾਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ 37.43 ਲੱਖ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ₹1,291 ਕਰੋੜ ਭੇਜੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 80 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਬਿਜਲੀ, ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਦੱਸ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਥਿਤ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਅਬੋਹਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸੰਦੀਪ ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਕੀ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਲਾਈ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਚੋਣ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਣਸੁਲਝੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ?
