Punjab Government, the per capita availability of milk in the last year 2022-23 is 1291 ml,

which was 1105 ml five years ago. While this presents the data on milk production in Punjab, it also gives an idea about the health situation.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚਾ ਨਾਰਾ ਹੁਣ ਮਨਰੇਗਾ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕਈ ਅਨੁਭਵੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਦਿਗੱਗਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਪਾਰਟੀ ਇੱਕੋ ਮੁੱਦੇ ’ਤੇ ਅਟਕੀ ਦਿੱਖ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨ-ਵਿਵਸਥਾ, ਨਸ਼ੇ, ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਵਰਗੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਨਾਰਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਤੈਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ, ਤਾਂ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਕੀ ਬਦਲੇਗਾ ? ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਮਨਰੇਗਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਲੁਕਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਸੂਬਾ-ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਹੀ ਮੁੱਕ ਗਏ ਹਨ ?
