which was 1105 ml five years ago. While this presents the data on milk production in Punjab, it also gives an idea about the health situation.

ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਇਸ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਰੇਤ-ਬਜਰੀ ਹੁਣ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਖਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਮੀਰ ਬਣਾਏਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ₹20,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਆਮਦਨ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਪਰ ਸਾਢੇ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਹ ਆਮਦਨ ਉਸ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਕ ਛੋਟਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੀ ਬਣੀ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ: ਕੀ ₹20,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦਾ ਰੋਡਮੈਪ ਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਇਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਨਾਅਰਾ ? ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਗਾਰੰਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੀ, ਤਾਂ 2027 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਾਕੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰਨ ?
