ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) was established in 1969 and NASA (National Aerospace Administration) of America was established in 1958. When Mangalyaan was launched , it is ISRO's achievement with 100th part of the cost.

Yet despite years of organisational expansion and high-profile inductions, the party continues to struggle for meaningful electoral acceptance in Punjab.
