ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੀਟ-ਦਰ-ਸੀਟ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਬੂਥ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਵੀ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਜਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ, ਬਜਾਏ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ? ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਹਰ ਹਲਕੇ ਦਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਿਸਾਬ-ਕਿਤਾਬ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁੱਝੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਤੈਅ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿੱਤ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ, ਚੋਣ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਕੌਣ ਤੈਅ ਕਰੇਗਾ ?
