Despite repeated warnings from the high command over factionalism, internal rivalries continue to dominate headlines while Congress struggles to present a united front against AAP and the Akalis. With Raja Warring, Partap Singh Bajwa, Charanjit Singh Channi, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, and other senior leaders all carrying their own ambitions and support bases, the question of who truly controls Punjab Congress remains unanswered. Is Congress genuinely preparing for a serious 2027 comeback, or is the party still trapped in the same cycle of meetings, factions, and leadership uncertainty that has weakened it for years ?
