ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ₹1,000 ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ’ਤੇ ਲੱਗਭਗ ₹1,000–₹1,300 ਕਰੋੜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ (ਅਰਥਾਤ ₹12,000–₹15,600 ਕਰੋੜ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ) ਖਰਚ ਆ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ₹18,268 ਕਰੋੜ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲੈ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ, ਹੋਰ ₹12,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੱਕ ਉਧਾਰ ਲੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗਭਗ ₹27,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਸਵ ਘਾਟੇ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਮਾਨ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਭਲਾਈ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਵੱਧਦੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟਦੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਰਾਜ ’ਤੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦਾ ਬੋਝ ਵਧਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
