ਬੱਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੈਪੀ ਨੇ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਜਿੱਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਬੜ੍ਹਤ ਨਾਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ 54,018 ਮਤ (48.17%) ਮਿਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ, ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਧੜੇ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ। ਇਹ ਅੰਤਰ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਲਹਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰੁਕਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ। 2027 ਵੱਲ ਵਧਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ, ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਹਲਕਾ ਸੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਲ-ਬਦਲ ਦੇ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਲ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਇਹ ਜਿੱਤ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਅਸਰ ? ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਲਹਿਰ ਹੌਲੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਹੈਪੀ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਇਹ ਫਰਕ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖ ਸਕੇਗੀ ?
