As 2027 approaches, the Congress once again appears occupied with leadership formulas, caste equations, and rival camps rather than presenting a united vision for Punjab. If every election begins with the battle for "Who leads the Congress ?" before "Where will Congress lead Punjab ?", is the party preparing to govern the state, or merely preparing for another internal contest ? What is the real crisis facing the Punjab Congress today ?
