ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ, ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣ, ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਜੇਨ ਜ਼ੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਵੱਖਰੀਆਂ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਦਮਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਏ.ਆਈ., ਕੰਟੈਂਟ ਕ੍ਰੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਪਰਿਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਤੱਕ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ, ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਣ, ਹੁਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਅਹਿਮ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਜੇਨ ਜ਼ੀ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ “ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਵੱਸਣ” ਦੇ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਨਵਾਂ ਰਸਤਾ ਲੱਭ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
