ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 90,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਕੁਲਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 67,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਅਹਿਮ ਸਵਾਲ ਵੀ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀਆਂ, ਜ਼ਬਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੜ ਵਸੇਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਹਿੰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਲ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਕੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ? ਕੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਕ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਜੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਅਰਥਪੂਰਨ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦਿੱਖਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਇਹ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਉਸ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬਾ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਜੂਝ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ? ਜਦੋਂ ਆਗੂ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਪ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦਿੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਨਾਲ ?
