Has any measure been taken to stop and encourage the big industries going to other states in Punjab itself and has objection been raised on the concessions which are being given to the neighbouring states without any demand or need?
Farmers were central to Bhagwant Mann’s promise of a different Punjab. Four years later, farmer debt, farm distress and farmer suicides remain painful realities. With 2027 approaching, the uncomfortable question is: Has the Mann government actually changed the lives of Punjab’s farmers or are the biggest problems still waiting for a solution ? Did Bhagwant Mann change Punjab’s farm Story or just add another chapter to it ?
