International tourism is increasing so much that apart from the border of Punjab and sometimes the Kandi area, home stays are being built in semi-hilly areas having natural beauty like foreign countries.

Has any provision been made to encourage them and make any tourism policy for them?

ਜਦੋਂ ਡਾ. ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸੁੱਖੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ‘ਚ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਦਲ-ਬਦਲ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਲਟਕਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਹਣਾ ਮਾਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੁੱਖੀ ਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਸ਼ਸ਼ੀ ਥਰੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਗਵਿਜੈ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਦੋਹਰੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿਚ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਦੇ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਹੈ ?
