The BJP is publicly projecting confidence about contesting all 117 seats, while signals from the Akali Dal suggest that an alliance may still be possible. But if both sides are quietly exploring a reunion, what is stopping them from announcing it ? Is the real problem seat sharing, leadership, ideology, or who gets the bigger role in Punjab ?
