Punjab Congress is once again talking about unity, committees, consultations, surveys, and organisational restructuring after Rahul Gandhi’s latest round of one-on-one meetings with top state leaders. Raja Warring, Partap Singh Bajwa, Charanjit Singh Channi, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, and Vijay Inder Singla have all been brought into the discussion as the high command searches for an "all-appease" formula ahead of 2027. Yet after years of factional battles, leadership debates, and repeated Delhi meetings, many party workers are asking the same question. Is Punjab Congress finally preparing a serious roadmap for 2027, or has the party simply discovered a new way of rearranging the same leaders every time an election gets closer ?
