Punjab is spread over 50 thousand square kilometers with 34 lakh hectares producing wheat every year and 31 lakh hectares used for traditional paddy and additionally Basmati. Punjab only consumes 2% of the entire production, the rest is consumed by other states of India.

ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਨਖ਼ਾਹ, ਸਥਿਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਨ ਜ਼ੀ ਇਸ ਸੋਚ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਦੀ ਦਿੱਖ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਤਨਖ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਚਕਤਾ, ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਕਸਦ, ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਸਕੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹੱਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ “ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ” ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਘੱਟ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ ?
