ਪਹਲਗਾਮ ਆਤੰਕੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਬਰਸੀ ’ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਅਸਹਜ ਸਵਾਲ ਮੁੜ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ: ਪੁਲਵਾਮਾ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪਹਲਗਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਲਾਲ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਤੱਕ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਨਾਕਾਮੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਕੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੁਣ ਵੱਧਤਰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਣਾਂ, ਟੀ.ਵੀ. ਡਿਬੇਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਵਨਾਤਮਕ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ? ਹਰ ਵੱਡੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ “ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਟੋਲਰੈਂਸ” ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਫਿਰ ਉਹੀ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਤੰਤਰ, ਘੁਸਪੈਠ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨਾਕਾਮੀਆਂ ਮੁੜ ਕਿਉਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ? ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜਵਾਬਾਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਸਾਂਪ੍ਰਦਾਇਕ ਬਹਿਸਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਰੋਪਣ ਵੱਲ ਕਿਉਂ ਮੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ?
