ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੰਜੀਵ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਨੀ ਲਾਂਡਰਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੀ। ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਲੈਣ-ਦੇਣ ਅਸਲ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਸੌਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ਉਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਇਹ ਸਵਾਲ ਵੀ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਚੋਣ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਦਾ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਭਰੋਸੇਯੋਗ ਆਗੂ ਹਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਆਗੂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕੀ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਛਵੀ ਦੀ ਪਰਖ ਕਰੇਗਾ ? ਕੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਦਬਾਅ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਆਗੂ ਹਨ ?
