Is this renewed dialogue a serious attempt to resolve Punjab’s water anxieties or another round of positioning ahead of electoral battles where firm postures matter more than final solutions ? And as 2027 approaches, does the SYL issue risk becoming a perpetual talking point rather than a settled policy question ?
