At the same time, divisions among Panthic forces could make political coordination harder. If neither an alliance nor Panthic unity takes shape, Sukhbir Singh Badal may face tough questions about his party’s political path. If the BJP–Shiromani Akali Dal alliance fails to materialise and Panthic forces remain divided, could Sukhbir Badal’s failure to unite these forces put his political future at risk ?
