After objections were raised over the ‘Waris Punjab De’ as a security threat, Manpreet Singh Ayali and MP Sarabjit Singh Khalsa met Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria and demanded that action against the party be stopped. Ayali argued that political parties should be judged on facts and not labelled a security threat because of political differences.
