Now, as the BJP looks to expand its footprint in Punjab, does Dharam Singh Fouji still have any political relevance in Bhadaur under the BJP umbrella ? And in a state where BJP still struggles electorally, can leaders from defunct parties find a second life, or are they simply absorbed and forgotten ?
